Black Domina has a sativa/indica ratio of about 5:95, making it a near-pure indica. This indicates that the majority of the high is focused on the body, leaving users feeling content, drowsy, euphoric, and lazy. This strain is the result of a four-way cross between Afghani SA, Hash Plant, Ortega, and Northern Lights—all potent indicas. Black Domina has a fairly high THC concentration; in some testing, it exceeded 18%. Sadly, because CBD levels are far lower, this cannot be used as a stand-alone cannabis treatment for seizure disorders or other conditions that are responsive to CBD. This strain has been successfully used to treat anxiety, depression, migraine headaches, chronic pain, nausea, tension, and insomnia.
There are hints of citrus, coffee, and nuts in the flavour, and berries, citrus, loam, nuts, and spice in the aroma. The buds have a lot of sticky resin and dense, frosty trichomes. They are dark green and purple. Black Domina, like most cannabis strains, can cause dry eyes and lips, although it is less likely to cause paranoia and vertigo. Due to its popularity in Connecticut, Arizona, Colorado, California, and the Pacific Northwest, this strain is relatively easy to find. In many regions, it can also be found on the illegal market.
